Jeff Cox has spent his entire career in the health sector as a community pharmacist and nutritional consultant. He is also the director of the health and wellbeing consultancy company ‘Health Recharge’.
He founded ‘Health Recharge’ to share his passion for achieving and sustaining optimum health after witnessing first-hand, the results of chronic diseases in his 40 years as a pharmacist.
His key driver is to shed light on the confusion around the countless health and wellbeing claims and recommendations available today.

Author, Liliane Grace, has written a novel for 9-15 year olds about five school students who form a club to support each other in doing just that. Through the entertaining medium of story, she teaches important lessons about attitude, responsibility and character, and practical tools such as goal-setting and visualisation. Club Meeting Details
The Rotary E-Club of Melbourne holds its club meetings every first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7.50pm for 8pm start Melbourne time (UTC/GMT + 10 hours). We also hold our Project Planning meetings at the same time on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
Our meetings are open to everyone, including members of the public who want to find out more about our club and Rotarians from other Rotary clubs who wish to do a make-up.
Our meetings are held by default on GoToMeeting (video conferencing online) but are sometimes held in person in Melbourne, Australia.
